Specific Skills:
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area
- Provide information about services available in the community
- Arrange services required for guests with special needs
- Customer service oriented
- Must be comfortable working in an essential work place with proper PPE (as needed) and associated risks in the new workplace

- Computerized reservation system
- Basic computer skills (will train)
